The new design of the D6 series impresses with its simplified motor structure. No metal parts are used inside, leading to improved chemical resistance.

The proportional dispenser Dosatron D6IL2VF is ideal for the precise dosing of liquids. The doser operates without electricity and is powered solely by the flowing water. The motor drives a piston in the dosing adjustment, which delivers the medium to be dosed into the device. Here, it mixes with the flowing water. Thanks to the purely volume-proportional drive, the doser works very precisely and reliably even with pressure fluctuations. The desired dosing rate can be easily adjusted on the dosing setting of the D6IL2.

The D6IL2VF doser is suitable for a flow rate of 100 l/h up to a maximum of 6 m³/h. Within this working range, liquid media can be added in a ratio of 0.2 - 2%. The permissible system pressure is 0.3-8 bar.
