The Dosatron D3FL2N proportional feeder is very well suited for precise dosing of liquids. This model is a Dosatron 'Food Line' dosing unit and has FDA certification for the food and beverage industry.

The wear parts of this proportional dosing unit are specially marked to avoid confusion. According to API 675 this doser has a high dosing accuracy and reproducibility of +/- 3%.

The dosing unit operates without current and is driven solely by the water flowing through it. The motor drives a piston in the dosing adjustment and in this way conveys the medium to be dosed into the unit. Here, mixing takes place with the water flowing through. Due to the purely quantity-proportional drive, the dosing unit works very precisely and reliably even with pressure fluctuations. The desired dosing rate can be changed very easily at the dosing adjustment of the D3FL2N.
